    摘要:

    为研究摩擦型高强螺栓连接接头的传力特性与应力状态,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立三维有限元实体模型,对东江大桥中14个不同的螺栓连接接头进行了细致的有限元数值模拟分析。重点研究了长列螺栓群各排螺栓传力比、栓孔应力集中系数,高强螺栓的应力状态以及孔前传力系数等参数的变化规律,明确提出了各参数的取值范围,可为该类型节点的设计验算提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the mechanical behavior and stress state of the high strength bolt friction grip long joint, fourteen different bolted connections are studied with the three-dimensional finite element analysis which is based on the general FE software ANSYS. The force-delivering ratio of each bolt, the stress concentration at the edge of the bolt hole, the stress state of the high strength bolt and the force-delivering coefficient before the bolt hole are specially studied. Also, the ranges of these parameters’ value are presented clearly. The results presented would be useful as references to these type joint's design and computation.
