    摘要:

    以青岛某绿色建筑项目为例,分析了室外风环境对人生活及环境的影响。通过查阅有关青岛地区典型气象年的参数确定了3种模拟工况,根据k-ε湍流模型的控制方程及当地地形条件、基本风速和所在高度等因素,模拟出该位置的平均风速及压力差。通过对各项风环境指标的分析,得出结论:冬、夏两季建筑1.5 m高度处人行区域的风速均低于5 m/s,气流较平缓,符合行人舒适性,对于风速较高的迎风面转角和风通道处,可以通过在该区域种植植被来降低该区域的风速。建筑物表面压力差小于5 Pa,有利于夏季通风并且符合冬季防风要求。该项目达到中国绿色建筑评价的标准,可以为今后绿色建筑规划建筑设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Taking a green building project in Qingdao as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of outdoor wind environment on people's life and environment. Through access to relevant parameters in Qingdao area of typical meteorological year identified three kinds of simulation conditions, according to the k-ε turbulence model and the control equation and local terrain conditions, basic wind speed and seat height simulated the position of average wind speed and pressure difference. Through the analysis of the wind environment index, the conclusion is that the wind speed of the 1.5m height in the two seasons of winter and summer is lower than 5 m/s, the air flow is smooth, and for the high wind speed, the wind speed of the region can be reduced by planting vegetation in this region. Building surface pressure difference is less than 5Pa, is conducive to the summer ventilation and meet the requirements of winter wind. The project reached the standard of green building evaluation, and can provide a reference for the construction of green building design in the future.
