    摘要:

    以建筑的物化环境影响分析为出发点,对该过程所消耗的资源、能源及有毒物质所造成的环境影响进行定量研究。论文界定了建筑物化环境影响内涵,根据国际环境毒理和化学学会环境评价体系确定12种环境影响要素,依据BEES(Building for Environment and Economic Sustainability)软件计算出建筑全生命周期的环境影响清单,基于支付意愿理论构建了建筑物化环境影响量化模型,并确定江苏地区各环境影响要素的货币值。最后,计算出江苏省某住宅建筑单位面积上环境影响货币值。

    Abstract:

    The embodied environmental impact of buildings, and environmental impacts caused by a large amount of resources, energy and toxic substance during this process was analyzed. The connotation of the embodied environmental impact of buildings was defined. According to the international Society for Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, twelve factors of environmental impact were determined. The building environmental impact list in the full life cycle was calculated from the BEES (Building for Environment and Economic Sustainability). The value of environmental factors in Jiangsu province was obtained by the Willingness-To-Pay in Environmental Economics. Finally, combined with a residential building in Jiangsu province, society WTP for the environmental impact was figured out.
