Starting from the optical factors of Climate and on the basis of CIE formulasof brightness distribution for clear and overcast sky,this paper suggests a kindof formula which can be used to compute brightness distribution on average skybrightness.Besides,it proposes a simple method by which it is easy to carryout the design of natural lighting under the condition of average sky brightnessmodel.
