In ombination with the reconstruction of the old Wanglongmenin Cnongqing,the authors attempt to present the problem of fire control indesign of high-density and high-rise block of flats,with respect to generalplan,architectural design,equipments and the use of natural resources in mo-untainous region.It also has widespread significance in exploring the way toreconstruct old city in mountainous region.
