This paper discusses dual-graph representations and Smith-diagram representations in the geometric description of building.These twomethods are quoted from Computer-Aided Architectural Design by Mitchell W.J.In this paper,they are discussed in combination with practical examples ofbuilding.In view of the fact that the references of CAAD is not enough inChina,this paper gives some help to people who engage in CAD.
