In this paper,the method of computing deformation ofuniform cross-section complex load bearing beam by using odd functionis introduced.By bringing forward a concept equivalent load,this methodcan be used to compute the deformation of variable cross-section complexload-bearing beams.It is of some practical value in calculation ofengineering structure.
