Through actuality analyses of commeroial house prices and inhabitatS' income in ourcountry, comparisons of city house prices between countries in the world are carried out and it ispointed out that in our country the house price is much higher than inhabitants' income that they cannot afford it. Based on studies on reasons of such high house price, ways to cut down the high price areexplored.
