This paper first discussed the use of "open circuit" method to analyze activities' logic relationships. Based on above discussion, the author proposed two approaches of using dummy arrows in network chart and gave typical respective applications of these two approaches. Through their practical application, the activities' logic relationships could be expressed quickly, precisely and concisely.
