This paper discusses the accounting management for dial up user in campus computer network. It is important for maintaining the running and development of network and for allocation of the network resources properly. The system provided in this paper is divided into data acquisition and data processing. Its implement is simple and cost effective and it is applicable for the accounting management of a small scale campus network.
