The intelligent building design needs a total new method. It is an integration of electronic technology and other related technologies such as structure, system, service and management ones. As for the architecture design itself, it should include the infrastructure accommodating telecommunication, day lighting, lighting and HVAC systems. At the same time, the security, fire safety and operation controls should be considered as well.
