From the standpoint of sustainable development, this paper introduces a green concept to ward design and puts forward a new concept about ward building design. It combines the traditional ward design with new design principles including affluent sunlight, fresh indoor air, and physical environment harmonious with nature, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
