In this paper, starting from the study of employee's individuality, the main methods of encouraging employee are put forward through analyses of the subjective and objective necessity. A detailed discussion on how to offer chances for individual promotion is carried out and some viewpoints of how to harmonize the individual promotion with the corporation development are brought out.
