Due to the particularity of public projects, the evaluation of management patterns of public projects is an important aspect of performance evaluations of public sectors, and is the premise and foundation for improvement of decision - making management of projects. The objectives and contents of evaluation and selection rules of evaluation indexes were discussed briefly. The evaluation indexes system of management patterns of public projects is proposed. Applicable evaluation methods and the application bounds of the evaluation indexes system are put forward.
