This article classifies the buildings by the time before and after energy-saving standard executed, based on the investigation of energy consumption in government office buildings of Chongqing, and analyses the energy distribution characteristics of these buildings, in which factors like the building area、air-conditioning 、management system are taken into account .Finally we acquire the energy consumption characteristics in government office buildings of Chongqing.
