    摘要:

    剪切机检测系统需要检测的参数众多,数据量很大,检测过程复杂,且需要同时采集视频信号和物理信号。因此,针对之前系统采用主/从设计模式存在数据丢失、视频失真现象和数据采集速度逐渐变慢等问题,采用LabVIEW生产者/消费者设计模式对检测系统进行了改进,将物理信号和视频信号分开为单一检测步骤,并将数据采集和数据分析分别采用两个循环来完成,利用队列的方式来连接两个循环,实现了各个检测步骤的有效组合。剪切机剪切棒料试验表明,该设计大幅度提高了数据采集和分析速率,降低了各个信号之间的耦合性,对于避免数据丢失和失真现象有很明显的效果,值得在机械、电气、能源等行业的各种试验检测系统中运用推广。

    Abstract:

    The shearing machine detection system has many parameters to be detected, the data volume is large, the detection process is complicated, and we must acquire video signals and physical signals simultaneously. Therefore, in view of the problems of data loss, video distortion and slow data acquisition speed in the previous system using the master/slave design model, useing the LabVIEW producer/consumer design model to improve the detection system. The physical and video signals are separated into a single detection step, the data acquisition and the data analysis are respectively performed in two cycles, and the two loops are connected by means of a queue, thereby realizing an effective combination of the respective detection steps. The shear test shows that the design greatly improves the data acquisition and analysis rate, reduces the coupling between the signals, and has obvious effects on avoiding data loss and distortion,it is worthy of application and promotion in various inspection systems of the mechanical, electrical, energy and other industries.
