    为了解决高耗能、低功率因数等负荷情况下传统降损措施难以满足线损率要求的问题,实现基于网络的线损管理方法,本文提出了一种配电网线路最优组合模型。首先,阐述了线损电量优化分布方法在线损管理工作中的应用场景及解决的问题。然后根据场景及应用需求,构建线路最优组合模型。接着,提出线路组合优化算法,以组合后线损率满足考核要求的线路数量最大化为目标,以线损率考核标准为约束条件,并利用GAMS进行求解。算例结果表明,该模型能够有效地确定配电网高损负荷的转移方向,为后续的网络重构、网络规划等工作提供可靠的依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the traditional loss reduction measures are difficult to meet the line loss rate requirements under the condition of high energy consumption and low power factor, and realize the network-based line loss management method, this paper proposes an optimal combination model of distribution network lines. Firstly, the application scenarios and problems in the online loss management of the line loss electric quantity optimization distribution method are expounded, and the optimal combination model of the line is constructed according to the scene and application requirements. Then, the line combination optimization algorithm is proposed, aiming at maximizing the number of lines with the line loss rate meeting the assessment requirements, taking the line loss rate evaluation standard as the constraint condition and using GAMS to solve the problem. The results of the example show that the model can effectively determine the transfer direction of the high-loss load of the distribution network, and provide a reliable basis for subsequent network reconstruction and network planning.
