    针对圆柱立铣刀的周刃(螺旋曲面结构)存在磨损值难以准确测量的问题,提出了基于磨损区重构的铣刀周刃磨损的评价方法。从视频显微镜获取的磨损区图像出发,建立三维重构与曲面展开映射模型,进而实现周刃后刀面磨损区的三维重构,以及周刃螺旋面的近似平面展开;应用几何变换,完成了周刃两个后刀面磨损区在各自平面的表示,继而实现了第一、第二后刀面磨损区的共面表示。通过对重构点形成图像分析,得到后刀面磨损宽度和磨损面积,实现对铣刀周刃磨损的评价。在对四刃铣刀的磨损(切削时间为57min)进行实证研究后,发现用重构法得到的磨损宽度、面积相比用直接法平均增加了0.16mm和0.067mm2,增率为17%和14.9%。研究结果表明了重构方法的可行性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the wear value of cylindrical vertical milling cutter (spiral curved surface structure) is difficult to measure accurately, the evaluation method of the wear around milling cutter based on the reconstruction of wear zone is proposed. Based on the image of the wear zone obtained by video microscope, the 3D reconstruction and surface expansion mapping model were established, and then the 3D reconstruction of the wear zone of the flank wear zone of circumferential edge is completed, and the approximate plane expansion of the spiral surface of the perimeter edge is completed. The geometric transformation was used to complete the representation of the two flank wear zones in their respective planes, and then the coplanar representation of the first and second flank wear zone was fulfilled. Through the image analysis of the reconstruction point, the wear width and wear area of the flank were obtained, and the wear evaluation of the circumferential edge was further finished. After an empirical study on the wear of the four-edge milling cutter (the cutting time is 57 min), it is found that the average wear width and area obtained by the reconstruction method are 0.16mm and 0.067mm2 higher than those obtained by the direct method on average, and the increase rate are 17% and 14.9%. The results show the feasibility and reliability of the reconstruction method.
