    环氧沥青为一种热固性筑路材料,可以有效的提高路面强度,延长道路使用寿命。本文针对环氧沥青固化过程中的流变学特性开展了一系列研究,采用粘度为表征参数,重点研究固化温度,剪切速率以及稀释比对其固化速度的影响。研究结果表明,温度越高,环氧沥青的固化速度越快;过快的剪切速率会干扰并破坏固化结构的形成;采用基质沥青对环氧沥青进行稀释可以有效的控制固化速度并降低材料成本。综合考虑施工和易性等因素,推荐稀释比(环氧沥青:基质沥青)为25:75,材料拌合速度为20转/分钟,材料在拌合、运输及压实过程中温度应保持在130℃,道路施工需在五小时内结束。

    Abstract:

    Epoxy bitumen is a special type of thermosetting binder designed for flexible pavements, and could increase the durability and lifespan of pavements. In this study, a series of viscosity tests were performed to investigate various conditions, i.e. temperature, shear rate and dilution level, on the curing behavior of epoxy bitumen. The results show that curing rate of epoxy bitumen increase with temperature; high shear rate would interfere the formation of crosslinks in epoxy bitumen, resulting in the a negative effect on curing rate; diluting epoxy bitumen by a base bitumen is an effective way to control the curing rate and reduce the materials cost. Considering the workability and durability of paving materials, it recommends that dilution level is 25%, mixing rate is 20 RMP, curing temperature is 130 °C, and the pavement construction should be finished with 5 hours.
