Abstract:
OTF of a diffraction - limited incoherent imaging system is equivalent to a linear filter of the spectrum of the intensity when thesystem focusing error is very serious,we derive a formularand these results of calculation agree with the experimental data, which is exact explanation to the sine image of rectangular grating.
