This paper uses LN-Class LiNbO3 crystal to make a laser beamsplitter and a phase modulator, In the Paper devices and results have been given, and deviation factor between experiment and theory have been analyzed. This device is over a wide range of adjusting. Its reapeatability is good, and the devive is simple andconvenient.
