After expounding the principles of primary component analysis, the authors have calculated and analyzed on computer, about twenty technical and economic data of rural electrification in zhejiang province, and found out the key factors which influence the rural electrification in china. According to the research results, the authors forecast the developing trend of rural electrification in our country.
