The technological conditions through rhombic tests were put forward in theresearch.On the basis of anodizing in sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid is used twice for anodictreatment. And then electrolytic colouring with Nickel Sulphate is completed.Finally,brighter andmore colourful films are produced by sulphosalicylic acid electrolysis. The property of colouful filmswas measured and evaluated. Morever.the composition and structure of the films was determined with x-ray-diffraction and SEM.The mechanism of colouring has been discussed in this paper.
