A new method Based on Fuzzy Mathematics for evaluating Construction cost ispresented here. By dividing the civil engineering into a series of engineering characters and quantify-ing them. The weighted Hamming Distance between builded engineerings and engineering to bebuilded has been ealculated with the help of Multicriteria Decisions Theory,and Based on that ,theconstruction cost of later engineering has been evaltlated.
