In this paper,the theory of 40 Hz EEG bursts is firstly used to judge whether thesubjects cooperate with us or not,and to determine the segments which can be processed for the studyof chaotic states of EEG signals.The theory,the realization of detecting method and the practiceapplication of 40 Hz EEG bursts are studied.
