Abstract:
After a analyze for current taper cutting mechanism of NC wire-EDM machine,the paper but forward a new mechanism for larger taper cutting and introducted the working principle in great detail. It has been proved the new mechanism could solve many key techanical problems which current mechanisms had. The new mechanism has been patented. Newly developed NC wire-EDM,DK7725 TC,has been warmly welcome by numerous users.
