In this paper,the problems of feature and stability of the premixed flame are studied after Natural Gas / Oxgygen is changed by Natural Gas / Air containing rich oxygen in Electric Lamp Industry. The result shows that it is feasible that the mixture in which part of oxygen is steady by air containing rich oxygen and natural gas for premixing and combusting.
