The Decision Supporting System(DSS) is used to the selection of the qualified personnel in this paper.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the gualification of the teaching and research staffs in colleges and universities,and also to analyze the appraise of the evaluating experts.The results,which are useful to the consultation of the leaders,are obtained.
