A constitutive model for foam materials is developed based on the Mixture Theories extended by the concept of volume fractions. Within the framework of the axiom of rational thermodynamics, the thermodynamical restrictions on the constitutive relations are investigated and the constitutive equations are formulated for the solid gas two phase foam materials.
