Using the Eigenvalue Method to Modify the Direct Consumed Coefficients of the Input-Output

This paper considered the eigenvector of transition matrix of the direct consumed coefficient matrix as constant vector,the eigenvalnes are modified. Then, we can modify the direct consumed coefficients.
