    Abstract:

    Furnace is the most important equipment in ceramics produce.In order to realize tactics of JIT,a optimal model of roller furnace is given out,and discuss the problem of solving E/T furnace shop scheduling by genetic algorithm.Contrast of genetic algorithm and EDD rule is carry out by computer simulation,the results indicate that the genetic algorithm is better and more practical.
