The management system is designed for network matriculation,which achieves data collection and electro files making.As for aspect of the hardware, a general scanner is applied. Meanwhile, as for aspect of the software, the general recognition is completed under the condition of OCR and OMR existed in the same system and the image is also saved. We applied distributed processing in the system, which possesses the characters of faster recognizing speed, higher accuracy and better generality compared to the similar system.
