Abstract:
To investigate the developmental processes of Arabiodopsis and how the signal of regulating development transducts the special gene. By looking up the recent literatures dealt with developmental biology, and reviewing several transduction pathways in Arabidopsis. Many signal transduction pathways in plant cells are familiar with that in animal cells. There is a phosphorylatin cascade. Raz, MEK and MAPK are also directly related to the signal transduction. In addition, to some extent, the phosphorylation process depends on the auto phosphorylatin of CLV proteins. Plants, like animals, transduct all kinds of signals by phosphorylation to balance the processes of cell proliferation and differentiaion.
