The scanner was calibrated through the highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) with our national-made STM.Under the natural conditions such as normal temperature and pressure,the DNA structure of pig spleen was measured.Clear atomic images of graphite surface and the DNA structure were obtained.The method how to make biological samples for STM is described, and the results are also analyzed and discussed.
