Prerequisites of Chinese MSW industry development are discussed here,which include management,tipping fee,preferential policy and law guarantee.Meanwhile the possible adverse problems are also expatiated and principled countermeasures are given.It is true that chances and challenge exist at the same time.The only access to chance and success is to speed reform,establish effective inspirited mechanism and perfect law and regulations.
