Based on an integrative research on the investing environment of the 40 districts in Chonqing, this paper applies Factor and Cluster Analysis Method to analyze Chongqing's investment environment in a quantitative way. Besides an illustration of the characteristics of Chongqing's Green Investment Environment, the main purpose of this paper is to provide evidence to improve Chongqing's investment environment and reference to theoretical study of investment environment.
