This paper analyses the kinds of risk factors in engineering variation of construction project. Consists of tecthhon risk, economy risk, policy and low risk, contract candition risk and character risk. It puts forward the risk assessment index system and sets up the risk comprehensive assessment model by using the theory of fuzzy mathematics.
