The development of CRM and Terminal technology are introduced. Then, through an example of updating CRM System in a company, Terminal Server in updating CRM is discussed based on Client/Server. Through analyzing the running condition, users' requirement and network of current CRM system, a new network is designed based on Terminal Server technology. A detail schedule of implement is presented,a way of updating CRM system is afforded in companies who ran CRM several years ago.
