Abstract:
This paper demonstrates that if the credit culture of the public product does not have a ownership of exclusiveness,the credit of the whole society will be explo ited excessively. That leads the whole societyforfeits sincerity. The authors use an example for guiding, expands foreign capitals bank to the recessive crisis in the whole society of China, and points out the importance of sincere construction.
