Optical Burst Switching (OBS) is a promising paradigm for the next-generation Internet infrastructure. This paper proposes an adaptive dada burst assembly algorithm in OBS networks, which can adjust parameters of assembly algorithm according to the traffic arrival rate of the edge nodes in OBS networks. Also this paper proposes how to realize the adaptive data burst assembly algorithm.
