Based on the analysis of the available organization related to informationalization, a new organization structure of enterprise information engineering that suits the situation of China is presented. This organization structure is composed of the leader group of enterprise information engineering, the chief information officer, information center and the group of specialist. The CIO is responsible for information management and knowledge management. The specialist is come from the enterprise and other organization. The responsibility of CIO and information center is also discussed. The organization structure presented in this paper is useful to the enterprise in china.
