Abstract:
To obtain the reason why floccules appear while frozen platelet being thawed, thd authors research several possible related factors. There are many factors related to the appearance of floccules, containing the platelet number, thawed temperature, blood containing fat, the rate of DMSO being injected and the manipulating status.
