The current situation of disaster environment is not well at the Three-Gorges Reservoir Regions. Based on the actual situation of disaster environment, the existed main aspects are analyzed in the assuring security of the disaster environment at the Three-Gorges Reservoir Regions. The important connotation is deduced to carry out the security strategy of disaster environment. The research idea is discussed to set up the security strategy of disaster environment at the Three-Gorges Reservoir Regions. It concludes the valid channels, including the strategy priority, the main study task, the critical technique to prevent disaster and some policy implemented to carry out the security strategy of disaster environment.
