The business incubator comes from the management model that provides environment,service for science and technology small enterprises to accelerates their growth.Incubation performance is a main evaluation criterion to choose incubator for venture investment enterprises.The paper constructs incubation performance evaluation system of science and technology business incubator,and establishes a method model to calculate weigh based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).The conclusion is that the AHP is applied well to the structure the incubation performance index system of science and technology enterprise Incubator index system based on an example.
