Earned Value Method only consider cost and schedules, but dose not consider the effects that project quality causes to cost and schedule, thus there is fault while using the method to analyze some problems. In order to overcome the fault, Quality Earned Value Method based on Quality Evaluation is brought forward by building a fuzzy and AH Pmodel to evaluate project quality and by amendingthe Earned Value Method based on the result of evaluating quality. The method is checked with an example. In the example, the Quality Variation is figured out, which shows that Quality Earned Value Method offers a reliance to deal with cost and schedule and quality in earn value management.
