Abstract:
A kind of impedance measurement is proposed with piezo-electric element which drives the beam and engender dynamic impedance data. The simple impedance measurement system is consisted of piezoelectric element, an impedance analyzer, Al beam and computer. Impedance of aluminium beam is tested with PZT and studied impedance frequency specialty, and the real impedance, the stain mode and position of PZT are analyzed. Experimental results indicate that frequency response specialty and the response analysis are easy to get.
