Abstract:
Spherical titania is successfully prepared from industrial titanium sulfate solution by hydrolysis method. Effects of the PVP concentration, pH values and hydrolysis time on morphology of Titania are studied. The results show that the optimum PVP concentration, relatively high line pH and certain hydrolysis time are necessary to prepare spherical titania in the mixed solvent of 1propanol and deionized water.
