Abstract:In the application of underground slip ring radio power transmission technology, on the one hand, the demand for parallel power supply of multiple loads objectively exists. On the other hand, the wireless slip ring has a high requirement for the relative position accuracy of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil. Once the coil is offset in position, the coupling coefficient will show a nonlinear fluctuation trend. Such fluctuations not only weaken the stability of power output and reduce the transmission efficiency of the system, but also may cause abnormal core functions or shutdowns of the system due to faults. This paper focuses on the above problems and proposes a single transmitting - multiple receiving power transmission method with anti-offset effect. Based on the LCC-S compensation network, a multi-output MC-WPT system structure was constructed. The decoupling and anti-offset principles of it and the characteristics of the system it constitutes were analyzed, and the design method of the coupling mechanism was obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through experiments. The coupling mechanism finally designed can achieve mutual decoupling between dual voltage outputs (48V and 24V), and when the offset range does not exceed ±6cm, the system output variation is less than ±10%, achieving relatively stable power transmission within a certain range.
