Outline of National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) definitely put forwards expanding educational and teaching reform, innovating educational and teaching method. Also it promoted participatory teaching with student oriented, teacher-student interaction as core. This article analyzed the contents of participatory teaching. Combing with characteristics of real estate economy course, it emphatically expounded the application of teaching methods such as improvisational discussion, topic discussion and so on. Converting teacher-leading into student-leading in class teaching, participatory teaching method can efficiently improve teaching standards.
