Questioning is a popular teaching technique and activity in classroom teaching， while nowadays research focuses on the detailed methods based on teacher- oriented principal part. In this paper， the author mainly discusses why students lack questioning consciousness and how to introduce evolution of the principal part of questioning in the international teaching theory， and elaborate the advantages and disadvantages of the teacher- oriented principal part.
